Our small team in Kathmandu hand-packs each package, meticulously checking every detail to ensure your special item arrives pristine before delivery. No assembly lines here! All sales are final and no returns are accepted. We do not offer exchanges or returns. All customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, or other taxes. Duties and taxes vary greatly between countries. Please check your local tax laws!

The table below shows trackable DHL Express shipping prices (except for Germany, where we ship via UPS). Delivery times are 5-8 days from the date of shipment. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during busy periods such as clearance sales, promotions, or flight restrictions. We currently do not ship to Russia.

US, Japan, Australia, and Canada: The prices shown in the table are the base rates for DHL Express service. For remote delivery addresses, additional charges will be applied at checkout. US customers can also choose USPS, which offers a more affordable price but takes 10-14 days to deliver.

We will send you tracking information after shipping. Subscribers can also log in to their accounts to track.
